TN READY TESTING –

Purpose of the Assessment-The test is given to help measure how much a student grows academically over the course of a school year.

Testing Data Availability to Parents and Guardians- Quick score reports, which provide teachers and parents with a snapshot of their student's performance, are provided to district's by end of the school year.  These scores are used to calculate final grades for report cards.

Districts receive individual performance reports which detail student performance in early summer.  Once scores are received by the district, central office staff distribute these reports to schools to share with parents in the fall.

Testing Dates:  Testing dates will be adjusted if necessary.  If testing dates are adjusted, they will be updated on the website.

Testing Data availability for stakeholders:

School data will be available on the school report card and results will be published in the local newspaper.  The Director will share data with the school board and community stakeholders as requested.  Trenton Special School Distrct will also share testing data with future school placements via permanent records.   School level meetings will be held to discuss and evaluate all testing data.
